Bok Choy or Chinese Greens also known as Brassica rapa scientifically.
This is a vegetable that can be easily cultivated in pots.
Here i planted in a rectangular planter box bought at Daiso at RM5.00 only.
They are slow bolting and tolerate very hot tropical lowland temperature at 40 degree Celcius.
The dark green leaves are rich in iron and magnesium. If it is harvested by cutting the side big leaves, the center rosette will regenerate new leaves continuously until bolting.
